The American Association of Police Officers is pleased to announce our first International Conference of Police Chaplains, Region 7 RTS Scholarship, has been awarded to Chaplain Thomas Brewer of Oklahoma City.
AAPO presents a scholarship in each of the ICPC Regional Training Seminars and their Annual Training Conference. They are awarded to a Chaplain who may not otherwise be able to attend training. These scholarships are our way of showing support and admiration for the tireless work shown my the thousands of Chaplains in this fine organization.
